Awareness comes with experience. We call this developmental experience. Developmental experience is not an outcome of a program, but an outcome of the integration of several experiences coming out of an intervention.

We believe leadership is a manifestation of what is within. What is within is potential.

Leadership is not about a higher level of performance. It would not be fair to define leadership with few words, as leadership is vast, goes beyond boundaries of any specific definition.

​

Leadership is about breaking boundaries, breaking stereotypes, it’s about ‘Role Making’. Leadership is about intent, not always the outcome. Hence it is a choice, more often than not, it is an act of courage to choose the road less travelled by, transcending the comfort of known and exploring the unknown.

Therefore, leadership is not about success always! Leadership is about managing failure too. It is an ability to bounce back, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Leadership is optimism, resilience.

‘Leadership Exploration and Appreciation of Potential’ (LEAP) is one of the key processes of mindful leadership development for the Hi Potential talents (Hi-Po). LEAP helps in exploring the leadership potential of chosen talents. The process is similar to a Development Center to a certain extent, and different at the same time, as our process stems from unique design principles and innovative methodology.
